 Pro-choice supporters always chant that abortion is a woman's right. Is this true? Abortion may be legal but it is not Biblical, nor is it Constitutional nor is it sane, because it is contrary to the right of life. Therefore it is null and void.
In a republic such as ours, the Law of GOD must always supercede any man-made law that is contrary to the Truth of GOD's Word. The Holy Bible is very clear - 'Thou shalt not kill'. 'Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself'. The same words that are used to describe the child in the womb and outside the womb are the same. In Jeremiah 1:5 we read, "Before thou camest forth out of the womb I (the Lord) sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations." GOD creates, sustains and takes life, no one else.
In the Declaration of Independence we read, "All men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness." The right of life is the most fundamental of all rights, for without life all other rights mean nothing.
If the right of abortion was such a sound, treasured right, as pro-choice supporters lead us to believe, just make the right of abortion legal for one group of people, say Black people, and make it illegal for everyone else. There would be outrage, not by those who no longer have this right but by those who do. In our example, Black people would be enraged and rightly so, charging genocide. This is because the right of abortion is a right of death, with no redeemable good.
Lies are the fuel of the abortion movement. In the '73 Roe vs. Wade decision the Supreme Court ruled, contrary to the Word of GOD and contrary to the rule of law and contrary to sanity, that unborn children are not persons and are not deserving the protection of our Constitution and laws.
Carol Everett, a former abortion clinic manager who supervised the killing of over 35,000 unborn babies said the # 1 question asked by women considering abortion, "Is it a baby?" The uniform answer was, "No, it's only a blob of tissue, like a tumor.."
Is it true, that unborn children are not persons? It is a lie! The truth is, just 18 days after conception, the baby's heart is beating...at 6 weeks, brain waves can be measured...at 8 weeks, the stomach, liver, kidneys and brain are functioning...Fingerprints have formed. Outside medical measurements GOD gave this baby life and HE has given this baby a soul.
The truth is that abortionists and the US Supreme Court, shake their puny fists at GOD and say we don't want You dictating our lives. In turn they lie to everyone, promote their lies, with the complicity of the media, showing their contempt for their fellow man. (The media, for example, will not show an abortion or an aborted child, for that would show abortion as the cruel, horrific murder that it is.)
Shari Richard, a sonogram technician made this striking, apra poe statement, "If wombs had windows, abortion would end."
Many may say what about the positive things the pro-choice movement does, like protecting women from back-alley abortions as was the case before abortion was legal? Is that the truth? It is a lie! Since the pro-choice movement has had their way, from 1973 to today, in the courts, in the media and education curicullems, are women better off and is abortion safe and rare? Abortions are certainly not rare. One out of 3 babies in the USA are killed from abortion. One out of three! There are 1.6 million per year, 4,400 per day, 1 every 20 seconds. Are abortions safe? Statistics are not readily available as to how many women die in abortion procedures today or how many women become sterile after an abortion or how abortion effects women emotionally. But one thing is for sure, the result of each abortion whether done in a back-alleys before 1973 or done in an abortion clinic, after 1973, is one dead, one wounded.
Is the pro-choice movement tolerant and open to all options for women facing an unwanted pregnancy? Is it true that pro-choice really stands for choice? It is a lie! One "pro-choice" organization, Planned Parenthood, is the largest abortion provider in the world. This organization is supposedly in the business of planning families. Each abortion costs between $250 to $2,000. One abortion clinic manager, when asked, if a pro-life counselor could have a small desk in an obscure corner to offer adaption as a choice to women entering the clinic, responded, "No. Over my dead body."
Should not women be given the right of abortion in the cases of rape, incest, fetal abnormalities or when the life of the mother is at risk? It is true that these are valid concerns. Pro-life supporters, that hold to Biblical principle, have love and sympathy for women facing these very trying circumstances but do believe, as the Holy Bible proclaims, that life comes from GOD. Each person is made in the image of GOD and comes into being by GOD's providence no matter of the circumstance. SO even in these very difficult circumstances, through GOD's help, women, with the support of their loved ones, should always choose life. In the case of rape and incest, these were strictly forbidden and punished severely in our history and in Biblical times. Today, the guilty party sometimes goes free while the innocent baby is killed. In the case of fetal abnormalities, we are not to play GOD, each person has a value and purpose no matter of their abnormality. In the case of a mother's health problem, the medical profession will always try to save the life of both the mother and the baby. Why should the baby not be delivered instead of killed? The baby should be delivered. Pro-choice proponents, as all liars do, exploit this issue as they twist the truth by lumping these exceptions with the other reasons for abortion, as if they are equal in number. Is that the truth? It is a lie! Only 1% of all abortions are performed because of rape or incest. 1% because of fetal abnormalities. And 3% because of a mother's health problem. 50% of all abortions are performed on women who choose to use abortion as their only means of birth control. 75% of women who abort their babies say themselves that a baby would interfere with work, school or other responsibilities.
Here is an actual dialogue between two women discussing the topic of abortion, as recorded in as article entitled, 'Ordinary Abortions', "Oh, No, not another abortion!" "Oh, I know, it's so expensive." "Yeah, and right in the middle of moving."
To these women abortion is an ordinary, everyday procedure with no loss of life involved.
The bottom line for pro-choice advocates is that abortion is a woman's right to control her own body? Is that true? It is a lie! The unborn baby living and growing in a woman's womb is not a part of her body. The baby has a different set of chromosomes and genes than his mother. The baby makes his own placenta. The baby makes his own umbilical cord. The baby makes his own blood supply. 50% of the time the baby is a boy and is a different sex than his mother.
Today, when a couple faces an unwanted pregnancy many times they ask each other should we have the baby? This should not be asked, or even come into our thoughts. The culture has conditioned this response in us. It is evil. The truth is that a couple facing an unwanted pregnancy already has the baby, the question is, are they going to kill him or her? |
